I shipped a bottle of cologne to a buyer and the buyer said that the box
was empty upon arrival. The packing material was still in the box, but
the cologne was missing. How can I file a claim for this? I have all of
the tracking history from USPS.
I purchased an item (a projector) a week ago and the seller has not
shipped the item and will not respond to any of my messages. The item
was supposed to be delivered on 6/8. Can you please help?
