Yep, I'm sure that is a common occurrence, but that is on the seller. But to not even have the option to professionally correct some falsehoods, and have it show on a mobile platform, giving a buyer freedom to smear without consequence, is pretty bad...

On my ebay page via Chrome, there is an item I didnt win that wont go away also, but the primary problem is the laundry list that wont disappear on the mobile app - items I already completed the transaction on.
