If a carrier changes their rates, does ebay make an adjustment in
listings or do you as the seller have to be aware of a rate change and
make changes to your own listings?
When I try to select a priority mail option as a second shipping method,
my cursor is returned to the top of the shipping list. I can select a
parcel post option, but nothing else.
