How do I find the name of the buyer that's bidding on my auction

I can't access my shipping label so I can't mail my order.what to do? Every time I go to print shipping label it says error

So I've sold an item the shipping I understand is paid for by the buyer and I've seen that it's been taken out and the buyer has paid for it but now it's saying that I need to pay for a shipping label which is the same amount that the buyer is paying...
