I am a long-time seller on eBay. I used to send offers but have now
stopped doing it. It just encourages buyers to Watch your items and then
wait for a discount. This is killing profits and killing sales. I now
make it a point to not send any offers ...
Legally, you are the Importer. You should know what can or cannot be
imported into your country. I am afraid, it is your responsibility. But
I doubt UPS will chase after you, they most likely will just write it
off.
