This is happening to me as well. I don't think this anything to do with
adobe guys. It happens in chrome firefox and edge. And it worked fine 2
days ago.
I know this is an old post, but this happened to me recently, and I
realized I had somehow been redirected to ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.
Went back to ebay.com and issue resolved
