I posted a message about this on 12/10/20 but received no replies or
resolution. I get an error message every time I click on Purchases on
both my iPad and my iPhone. I’ve tried reloading the app and rebooting
my devices. Now I can no longer add item...
I can no longer see my purchases on my iPad. When I click on Purchases,
the app keeps running and then gives me an error message. This has been
happening for about a week.
Once again the photos for items being sold are not appearing on search
screens. It’s taking way too long to click on each item in order to see
it. The result is that I’m bidding on and buying a lot fewer items.
Thanks for your very prompt reply. Yes, I can see my Purchase History on
my iPad using a browser. I can now also add items to my watch list on my
iPad using the app. Apparently the items I deleted from my watch list
did not get deleted. I tried again...
