I recieved an email from ebay that I sold an item but they are holding
the funds until it is delivered. That's not how it was done in the past.

Hello, I have tried for a few days to open a case for non payment and it
just says "oops, something went wrong" then takesme back to the same
page I started on!Anyone else have this issue
So I'm new to Ebay and have recvd my first bill...i owe almost as much
as I've made on little items soldSo every time an item is relisted I am
charged a fee? Not sure if my sales will be profitable enough for all
the fees
