I want my buying area set to USA perminatly. 

I want to ship something back. It was shipped to me from Fresno CA. Seller wants it shipped to China

A return.Shipped to me from Fresno CA but seller wants me to pay shipping to China ?The rep I talked to said no way that's not how it works. Yet eBay is telling me to ship it to China ?If that's the case after 19 years I'll be done with eBay.
