FED EX HOME OVER CHARGING

Over 10 item over charged fro. Fed Ex Home Delivery, but today as an item was delivered my item wrighed 7lbs and measurements were exact. Got billed by Fedex for 35 lbs. Done with Fed Ex, Ebay agents said DO NOT USE FEDEX.
