I am wondering why the cost of shipping a USPS Flat Rate envelope went
up only $0.05 on USPS retail rates ($6.65 to $6.70) but has increased by
$0.60 here on eBay? ($ 5.75 to $6.35) Did eBay lose their negotiated
discounts for sellers or is eBay just...
