eBay

I was scammed by a seller (Never shipped my item, will not reply). And everytime I try to file a claim for it, ebay just says it should arrive by todays date, no matter what day I try to make the claim (It was originally supposed to show up long ago)...

I have an item that ebay won't let me cancel the listing on. It has 1 bidder. He also wants to retract his bid for his own reasons. I need to cancel the auction because I found out the item is defective, what do I do?
