Beware Ebay shoppers! On April 3rd I ordered elastic from an Ebay
seller, filtering my search to "USA only" sellers. My order was supposed
to arrive on 4/13. It did not. The seller used every excuse, lost in the
mail, covid causing delays...blah blah...
