For some reason, people in Thailand have bid on some of my items,
despite THAILAND being a country I don't ship to. I thought EBAY had
bidders in countries that you don't ship to blocked.
I have a customer who hasn't claimed an item at customs in germany and
apparently isn't going to. Ebay has open case now wanting me to resolve
it by issuing refund. I don't want to isssue a refund until the item is
returned to me. Any advise.
