Selling odds send ends on eBay for 20 years. Sold $1000 ( annual) of household items. All of a sudden e bay has me on a platform asking about and collecting sales taxes. Is this s mistake? Thsnks

Site changed to Hub.. got that gone, but now seem to be on a commrrcial user platform. How do I get regular old ebay back?
