ebay for 2 weeks for receiving an offer in my messages. Even though I

There are several hundred positive seller reviews on his ebay page. I
didn't pay with an E check. And I used the same card I've been using for
quite a while.
Yes. That is exactly what happened. But from what I've heard (And I
could be wrong) The usual course of action would be to warn first.
