It was costly and I did not print enough to justify this contract.I spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong. Finally I understood that HP stopped my printer.I bought new cartridges, my printer still doesn't work ... No way to get help from HP...

When I open my page of active sales, I have for days a grey veil above my page and an advertising to save time adding listings to promotions.I cannot check anything.I tried to have promotions to be read of it...it did not work..and I have promotions....
