Yes it looks like my IP got block by Ebay, thinking that I'm a bot I
suppose, so I sent a message to their customer service on this matter,
hope I get a reply on this matter since this sucks.
This happened to me as well. I'm from Portugal bought items from Russia,
paid the VAT here on ebay and yesterday had to pay VAT on customs to
