All of the correspondence was done through Ebay messaging. I assumed
that if they left positive feedback after I met and gave them the item
the funds would be released. When or how can I get Ebay to release the
funds?
I ended up contacting Ebay customer service and they released the funds
for me. It was a huge pain but it is finally taken care of. Thank you
all for the reponses.
