I am trying to purchase a dvd,with repeated attempts I keep getting an E
bay message. One or more sellers are not accepting payments.In my 18
years of buying and selling on E bay I have never heard of such a thing.

does nothing to help sellers. You cannot list from it,cannot end an

It is not complicated to come to a fair resale price,ever heard of
averaging. east, central and west coast prices. total them up by brand
and divide by three. Too simple for E bay to do,profit above everything.
