A buyer just perchased an item, when getting ready to pack it up, I
realized I have 2 of the item. I then asked if he is interested, he is,
now what? Can I send him an offer?
I have not been able to complete a listing for almost 24 hours. I keep
waiting for the listing to complete, but you don't know if it will until
you hit the LIST button, then nothing.
I thought there was a way to offer an item to a certain buyer? I had
someone purchase something, and they love it so much they want
more....but how do I assure them they will win the item?
