Yes. Sm ppl would just leave it or hv forgotten after 7 days, and seller
gets less negative feedback. Why allow buyer give only +ve feedback
during these 7 days. I think it is over protecting seller.

Thank you for tips. I found this as well, it does not allow me to
provide negative feedback until 7 days, seems to me unneccessary. i can
only provide positive feedback right now. this one is on ebay over
protecting seller.
this does not sound right. seller can choose the honest reason "The item
is out of stock" when they cancel the order, the only disadvantage of it
is that it will result in a "transaction defect" which is obviously the
seller want to avoid. It is not ...
