Buyer says item I sold has chip. Auto refund kicked in and money
refunded. Buyer is allowed to keep item and not return? Do I have to
request it be sent back to me?
Buyer says item I mailed had chip in it. I was not aware that my setting
were set for automatic refunds. Does this setting also allow the buyer
to KEEP the item and NOT return to me? I am baffled
Sold item after 3pm. I am not mailing until tomorrow but want to print
label today. I used to be able to choose the next day To use on label.
Can we have that back?
I sure do wish when I print a label it would give me an option for
shipping date. It is 5 pm and the label I want to print has today’s
date. Post office is closed, as it will not mail until tomorrow. I am
using eBay app.
