Its the sales tax......I sell high dollar guitars ....now with the tax
being charged buyers are going to brick and mortar stores..I do have a
brick and mortar store and have seen sales go up in person since sales
tax implementation on the internet .....
That should help detour future problems , however save your messages so
you have proof for ebay that the buyer scammer was trying to extort you
and Ebay will remove the negative you Received.
