I listed an item for 130 US dollars. Someone in England went to purchase
it and when he put it in his cart it came up as 156 US dollars. Any idea
why that would happen? I contacted eBay and they had no idea.
Post office would not deliver to buyers address and returned the
item.Buyer would like me to resend it, but how do I charge them for the
new shipping label?
