I purchased shoes, live in mass, but ebay charged me sales tax. (Shoes are tax exempt in mass)

I puchased shoes, under 175 dollars, which means in mass, my residency, they are tax exempt; but instead ebay charged me sales tax. I need to figure out how to get a refund of this charged tax.
