need to ask community because ebay chat is horrible, how is anyone
allowed to leave a feedback that writes, do not buy from him or ive done
this in the past. but also follow up to my response to a feedback.
first buyer did not pay for the item right away so filed a case. Now
buyer won't get back to me when they can pick up the item. want to
cancel the transaction but for some reason eBay won't let me do that.
