Hello. I paid item today.promotion 10% earned. but i earned 1% bucsk. i paid it by ebay App. holiday promotion 10% earned buck. i checked my App and i paid it. But i checked 1%earned bucks at my ebay account. Please let me know thanks.

I asked to seller for traking number.But He don't reply my message.
