I tried to pay for something with a brand new gift card and it said it can't authorize. Anyone find a way to authorize and pay?

The seller sent me three of the items because their payment system was messed up and it kept telling me to pay for the item. Somehow I paid three times and got three of the item. I work from a PC. Why can't I return an item without a photo now?

I don't have access to a camera and want to return two items.
