How does one contact Ebay to mediate a dispute between a buyer and
seller? Ebay has so many explanations , articles, dead ends,
instructions and explanations, there are no real avenues for any
resolution.
I'm glad to see this answer because even after following the directions,
I see no option to "Ask Ebay to Step In." Does this option not appear on
the screen until after three days?
