Ebay used to offer free listing promotions in addition to my small
seller 50 free listings per month. I haven't received any offers for

Last year in the Fall I became a TRS. I don't have a store. Promoted
Listings became a benefit. And last year I received the Promoted Listing
credit on my invoice - mid month following the previous months promoted
listings fee. This year I've yet to ...
In December and again just now I refunded a buyer for shipping overage.
And yet I did not get a credit from Ebay for my seller fees on the
credit I issued the buyer............why is that? I am a low volume
seller and so that 10% Ebay fee really adds...
I agree if [and I did it again just last week] a partial shipping refund
through PayPal - it shows up on that Ebay sale that I issued a refund
through Paypal.........Ebay should recognize it and reflect it in the
fees it charges.
