Today, from my cart, selecting PayPal just brings up an Error Page. What is going on?

Today, from my cart, selecting PayPal just brings up an Error Page. What is going on?It's been a couple years since I've seen hiccups in the checkout page. But there doesn't appear to be any way to checkout now with PayPal.
