Here is what i did, I just got a shipstation account and NEVER have a
problem with box sizes stated. Your reply to this was ridiculous. Always
stamp your foot when u know u are right!!!!
I also am getting charges as they say my box is always one inch more
than what I stated in ship dimensions. NOT SO as my boxes are all
printed with dimensions on bottom from the box maker. I have called and
