How do I contact eBay to challenge a negative feedback from a buyer who
demanded a refund for a returned item that I did not receive and the
buyer used no tracking?
I had a buyer not happy with an item that said they returned it to me
but I never received it and they didn't use tracking so I did not give a
refund so they threatened me and than actually submitted negative
feedback
I have the exact same situation going on.Tracking shows the package is
out for delivery on May 6th but as of today (May 15th nothing has
changed).Buyer and I have been communicating back and forth while also
both of us contacting USPS with no results...
