Today is supposed to be 8%/10% ebay bucks... i won 2 auctions today and added other items to my cart... activated the offer (several times) and still only showing 1% (their standard low payscale) desktop and 2 different mobile devices... all are at 1...

tried using the coupon code tonight after negotiating a batch deal with a seller... went to check out and told me i couldn't to try again... i did, 3x more... all failed. tried another CC, failed to process... THEN the coupon expires and i'm in for $...
