Shot in the dark here, but do these promotions carry-over to relisted items when buyers cancel? Or is the seller just out of luck here.

I'm talking about the final value fee promo - the rare ones, not the insertion fee. There's a stark difference between the two. Please refer to the title.

Thanks, that's what I needed to know. It's a bit unfair how that works though. A promo for the seller, just negated at the whim of a buyer.
