I got it to auto-post again by deleting all my store categories and
redoing it for all my listings. Which explains why it has been crickets

Yeah, I have the same issue. I wish if they know they have an issue
they'd put a banner on the top of the affected page so we don't all
waste our time unlinking and linking platforms and category settings and
writing to support or eBay Community.
