Figured it out. Turns out that I had to revert back to the old ebay store settings in order to add custom pages. Thanks guys.

For example, this store :http://stores.ebay.com/Roberts-CameraWhen you click on top where it says "About Us" , its link is : http://stores.ebay.com/Roberts-Camera/About-Us.htmlHow was this seller able to add : ...About-Us.html ?

This link only updates the main page. Im trying to add a new link to my store page that I could link from the first main page customers would see.
