Can I sell current common circulated legal bills from any country?
Ebay's policy seems to list ungraded bills as "Raw paper currency" and
OK to sell. Is there any thing I should know that would restrict this?

I'm new to ebay but if you mailed on the 14th, ebays says it will be
delivered the 23rd? Does ebay normally set 9-10 days as the time to mail
something first-class?
