So I guess I'm being forced to switch to the new eBay managed payment finally. Does this end up being exactly the same for sellers since we will no longer have 2.9%(PayPal) + 10%(eBay) instead it's just 12.5% to eBay?

I just googled the address and it's been flagged as a mailing address used by a lot of Russian scammers!!!

Yes, he left negative feedback which I thought was unnecessary since eBay approved his refund. As you can see it's my only negative feedback in my account history 3-4 years
