Paid for shoes seller hasn’t shipped

Seller hasn’t shipped shoes claims they have been verified paid over a week ago and since it’s authenticated can’t reach out to seller. Defiantly think I’m being scam and I feel by Monday the seller will state it’s been delivered. What do I do?
