Does Ebay have special rates with FedEx or UPS to ship tires? And if
they do, does anyone know what those rates are? or where to find them on
the website? There Seller Help Center Sucks!
I think Ebay is partially to blame. Their policies seem to favor the
seller, whereas Amazon and Walmart seem to want to protect the consumer
more. Too many reasons for blocking buyer feedback on Ebay. I hope Ebay
