era has a tendency to stick together a bit Now he wants a refund. It
looks like he just didnt get the pull he wanted and at the same time
claiming i didnt ship items good enough ...
The buyer acknowledged package got to his residence-Post office he just
chose not to sign for it and let it come back to me. Left me a negative
and left false claims and slandered me and said that it never arrived

Whats your issue! The crucial fact is I am always in my life not
ignoring anyones usefull knowledge imparted to me if its useful and not
condescending! I am aware it cannot be done at the present! Just hoping
the rules can change soon!
I am not missing the point at all! You all do have worthy comments and
most are not wrong! Conditiion is important to me but i have very little
desire to buy graded cards but have in the past!! Speculative at best!

A- DUH! It would not be against the law if the EBAY constitution or
rules was amended! I fully understand EBAY at the present cannot pull
money out of a sellers account more then item costs involved! I am
saying a buyer should not have to waste there...
