I sent a bubble mailer (6 by 9) with a makeup item (lipstick) in it. I sent it as an envelope. The postage that I got was USPS FIRST-CLASS MAIL and a letter F. The postage costed $1.21 and I didn't get a tracking number. The package weighted 1.60 oz....
