I need a Jeep hood shipped. It is 64x46x10 and weighs 35 lbs. I was
shipping FedEx Freight until this week, when the price went from $285 to
$671. I'm not sure why. How can I ship this hood? Is there an eBay
freight option? If so, how do you use it?
I've been selling on eBay for years so I'm familiar with what to put in
the Item title. I also use the compatibility chart and the custom item
field for the years of my parts. For some reason when I do a search I do

A customer purchased two items and then canceled both. I refunded the
funds immediately I never shipped the items and they gave me negative
feedback stating "Item is a cheaply made replica of original oem
part..That is why I bought used as I thought ...
The contact and help option is not working, so an eBay person can call
me. I have negative feedback. I sent the customer a request to revise,
which they said they would, and the customer has not received the
request.
The first option did not work like it has in the past. The second option
has worked so far in that someone from eBay has contacted me. Thanks for
your help.
