I keep trying to set up my new returns/refunds from buyers on my
listings do I am in compliance with eBay. It only flashes once at me
then closes the app. I’ve tried to manually change it upon listing new
listings , and it won’t let me . I am trying ...
Seems I’ve had a streak of people bidding, winning, then not paying
without any given reason or any communication. I will say I’ve notice
that these have been people with scores of 30 reviews and below.
