I want buyers who are watching my item to may notified that I dropped my
price 5%. Do I have to drop the price based on just the selling price,
Or do I have to reduce my price 5% based on the sum of the selling price
and the shipping cost combined?
I am trying to list an item for auction. I do not see a text box to set
a flat rate price. For example I want the buyer to pay $4.40 cents. All
I see is shipping to buyers location.
