Local Pick Up -- Reject Item if Not As Advertised?

What happens if I buy something for local pickup, get there, and find it's not what was listed (different color that in photos, etc.). Do I just give it back or refuse to take it, then contact ebay for refund?

No markings on this doll anywhere. Can anyone identify? Hard, molded plastic, hair glued to head; clothes sewn on. Thanks!
