Hello, I am trying to refund the buyer for the cost of the item plus the
postage. The system will only let me refund the cost of the item Any
ideas how to do this?
I accepted an offer with local pickup. The buyer wanted a shipping cost
which I gave him. He has no longer responded and I have a second buyer
who is interested. I want to confirm I will not have a conflict with
buyer #1.
