I need a return case closed, I switched 2 items (sent to the wrong
people), now it is fine, I gave partial refuns, how do I close out the
case? Ebay keeps telling me to refund everything
I accepted a refund and it is in step 1of the refund process, but I
refunded the customer through pay pal already.How do I stop the initial
refund process?
